I booked two rooms for the SUPRA conference. To avoid our staff members' personal cards being charged, the only way I could get through to the front desk was to have our staff members go there and ask them to check the fax machine. I sent over another three faxes with confirmations, only to be told that the front desk wasn't answering the phone. Then we had to fax an updated form authorizing additional fees. Finally, I was given to a front desk manager the next day and they received my 4th fax. The Linq has a policy that you must pay 10 days in advance or you have to pay at check in. at night that the front desk said they didn't have our faxes and were going to charge our staff members personal credit cards. When I tried to call the property, was placed on hold for at least 20 minutes each time and then told that the front desk wasn't answering their phone. I faxed the authorization 3 times, with a successful confirmation to the front desk. It was such a difficult and frustrating experience. ![]() ![]()
